Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and l83com ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the l83com website located at https://l83com.cam and all associated services, features and content made available through it (collectively, the "Platform").

l83com is an English-language online betting and live casino information platform designed for Pakistani users. The Platform offers sports betting markets, live dealer casino games, slot titles, instant games, and associated informational content. All services are provided in English; balances and amounts are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) for user convenience.

By registering an account, accessing the Platform or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them and that you agree to be unconditionally bound by them. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms unless context requires otherwise:

Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on l83com, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the period your account remains active:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, trust or other legal entity) and be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or applicable licence jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and complete information at the time of registration and keep such information up to date at all times.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion or voluntary exclusion programme that prohibits your participation in online gambling.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not hold any existing account on the Platform. Each user is permitted one account only.

Account Registration

To access betting and casino services on l83com, you must complete the registration process by providing the information requested on the registration form. All information submitted must be accurate, complete and not misleading. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Upon successful registration, you will be issued login credentials comprising a username and password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity conducted through your account. You must notify l83com immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

l83com reserves the right to refuse registration at its sole discretion and without providing reasons. Registration does not constitute a guarantee of continued access; the Platform may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or that are otherwise deemed a risk to the integrity of the Platform.

Identity Verification (KYC)

l83com is committed to operating a secure and compliant platform. In accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations, all users are required to complete identity verification prior to processing withdrawal requests, or at any other time the Platform deems it necessary.

The following documents may be requested as part of the KYC process:

• Proof of Identity: Valid government-issued photo identification — National Identity Card (CNIC), passport, or driver's licence.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement or official correspondence not older than three (3) months showing your full name and residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: Documentation confirming ownership of the payment method used for deposits — this may include bank account statements, wallet screenshots or card images where applicable.
• Source of Funds: In certain circumstances, particularly for high-value transactions, documentation demonstrating the legitimate source of funds may be required.

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or closure of the account. l83com is not responsible for delays in processing caused by incomplete or inaccurate KYC submissions.

Deposits & Payment Methods

Deposits to your l83com account must be made using payment methods accepted in the Platform's live cashier at the time of the transaction. The available payment methods, minimum deposit amounts, applicable fees and any processing conditions are set out in the cashier section and may change without notice.

References to payment services including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah within this Platform are provided for local context only. These references do not constitute a representation that such providers support or endorse gambling transactions. Users must independently verify whether their chosen payment provider permits transactions to gambling platforms and whether such transactions comply with applicable local law.

• You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Deposits made in error cannot be guaranteed to be reversed once processed. Contact support as soon as possible in the event of an erroneous deposit.
• l83com does not charge a platform fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own fees or currency conversion charges.
• Minimum deposit amounts are set per payment method and are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by verified account holders who have completed the KYC process to the required standard. l83com reserves the right to withhold processing of a withdrawal request pending satisfactory completion of identity verification.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Withdrawals must be directed to a payment method registered in the same name as the l83com account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• The minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction are set by the operator and displayed in the live cashier.
• Where a deposit bonus has been claimed, the associated wagering requirements must be met in full before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds will be approved.
• Processing times are not guaranteed and vary by payment method, compliance review requirements and the policies of the receiving payment provider. l83com does not represent that any withdrawal method provides instant processing.
• l83com reserves the right to request additional documentation for any withdrawal request as part of its AML and fraud-prevention obligations.
• Withdrawal requests may be declined or delayed where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or breach of these Terms.

Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, l83com may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, loyalty rewards and other promotional incentives to eligible users. The availability, terms, wagering requirements and duration of each promotion are published separately at the time the promotion is active. These Terms govern all promotions in conjunction with any specific promotional terms published.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses and promotions:

• Bonuses are available only to users who meet the eligibility criteria stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn.
• Bonus funds expire after the period specified in the promotion terms if wagering requirements have not been met. Expired bonus funds are forfeited.
• l83com reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any bets placed during a promotion that is subsequently withdrawn will stand on the terms applicable at the time the bet was placed.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per user, per household and per device. Attempts to claim multiple welcome bonuses through multiple accounts will be treated as a violation of the one-account rule.
• l83com reserves the right to refuse, cancel or reclaim a bonus at its absolute discretion where it determines that the bonus was obtained through fraudulent, abusive or dishonest means.

Betting Rules

All bets placed on the l83com Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, market or casino game. These rules are published within each betting market or game interface and form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between sport-specific rules and these Terms, sport-specific rules prevail in relation to bet settlement.

The following general betting rules apply across all markets:

• A bet is only confirmed once a bet reference number has been issued by the Platform. Bets that have not received a confirmation reference are not valid.
• l83com reserves the right to decline or limit any wager at its sole discretion, including where the operator identifies unusual betting patterns or potential abuse.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to the current state of the event and market at the time the bet is processed. Market suspension, delay in transmission or connectivity issues may affect bet acceptance.
• Where an event is cancelled, postponed or abandoned, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific sport rules published for that market.
• Errors in odds caused by technical faults, incorrect data feeds or human error may result in the voiding of affected bets. l83com will not be liable for losses resulting from such errors.
• Cricket, PSL T20, ICC tournament markets and all other sports markets are referenced for informational and entertainment purposes. l83com has no official affiliation with any cricket board, league or sports organisation, including the PCB, PSL or ICC.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the l83com Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and, where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one account on the Platform simultaneously or at any time.
• Using another person's identity, payment credentials or account without their express authorisation.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid detection or using the Platform to conceal the proceeds of criminal activity.
• Exploiting technical errors, glitches, system vulnerabilities or promotional terms in a manner that constitutes abuse or constitutes an unfair advantage over the Platform.
• Using automated betting systems, bots, scripts or any software designed to place bets without direct human interaction, unless expressly permitted by the Platform in writing.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes, including in live dealer or poker variants where such games are offered.
• Using VPN, proxy or other IP masking technologies to circumvent geographic restrictions, access the Platform from a prohibited jurisdiction, or to obscure your true identity or location.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, harassing or offensive toward Platform staff, support agents or other users.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, reproduce or redistribute any content, software, odds or data from the Platform without prior written authorisation.

Intellectual Property

All content, design elements, trademarks, logos, software, data feeds, odds compilations, written text, graphics and other intellectual property displayed on or forming part of the l83com Platform are the property of l83com or its licensed content providers and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for their personal, non-commercial use only. This licence does not include the right to download, copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, transmit, display, sell, licence or otherwise exploit any Platform content for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of l83com.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content may infringe copyright, trademark and other applicable laws and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, l83com, its directors, employees, agents and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses or damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits or anticipated savings resulting from the use or inability to use the Platform.
• Any service interruption, technical fault, data loss or security breach beyond the reasonable control of l83com.
• Errors in odds, game results or bet settlement caused by data feed failures or third-party provider errors.
• Any consequences arising from a user's failure to comply with applicable local laws, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 in Pakistan.
• Any loss or damage resulting from your disclosure of account credentials to a third party.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

Responsible Gambling Obligations

l83com is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling practices. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk, that outcomes are determined by chance and that gambling should be treated as entertainment and not as a source of income.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered users:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on the total amount you may deposit to your account.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the maximum net loss you may incur within a defined time period.

Continued use of the Platform following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its primary operating licence. l83com does not represent that this jurisdiction is Pakistan, and this clause does not constitute a representation that online gambling is lawful under Pakistani law.

In the first instance, users who have a complaint or dispute should contact our support team at [email protected]. We aim to acknowledge all complaints within two (2) business days and to resolve them within fourteen (14) business days. Where a complaint cannot be resolved internally, users may have recourse to dispute resolution mechanisms available under the operator's licence jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your own jurisdiction.
